3.1 Cancellation Policy: Each property has its own cancellation policy, which is displayed during the booking process and in your confirmation. You must cancel according to the property's specific terms to avoid charges. Apulia.Travel is not responsible for cancellation fees if you fail to follow the stated policy.

3.2 Modification: Changes to your booking must be requested as soon as possible. Modifications are subject to availability and the property's terms. Modified bookings may incur additional charges or may require cancellation and re-booking at different rates.

3.3 Force Majeure: Neither Apulia.Travel nor the property is liable for cancellations, modifications, or non-performance due to events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, pandemics, wars, terrorism). In such cases, rebooking or credits may be offered at Company discretion.

3.4 Refunds: Refund eligibility is determined by the property's cancellation policy. Apulia.Travel is not responsible for processing refunds if the cancellation does not qualify under the stated policy. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.

4.1 Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your account for the booking and any additional charges.

4.2 Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods. Your payment method must be valid and your account must have sufficient funds.

4.3 Currency and Exchange Rates: Prices are quoted in the currency selected. Exchange rates and currency conversions are determined by your payment provider and may differ from quoted rates.

4.4 Billing Disputes: You must report billing discrepancies within 30 days of the transaction. Contact us at maxapulia@gmail.com with documentation.

4.5 Late Payment: If payment fails or is declined, your booking may be cancelled automatically. Reactivation of the booking is subject to payment and current availability.

5.1 Reviews and Ratings: You may submit reviews and ratings of accommodations and experiences. Reviews must be based on personal experience, truthful, and not contain unlawful content, harassment, or false information. Apulia.Travel reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove reviews that violate these Terms.

5.2 Intellectual Property: By submitting content (reviews, photos, feedback), you grant Apulia.Travel a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform and affiliated channels.

5.3 Defamation and False Claims: You agree not to submit false, defamatory, or misleading content about properties or services. You are liable for damages if your content violates third-party rights or contains false statements.

5.4 Content Removal: We may remove content at our sole discretion if it violates these Terms or applicable law. Repeated violations may result in account termination.

6.1 Services "As-Is": Apulia.Travel provides Services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6.2 No Responsibility for Properties: Apulia.Travel acts as a booking intermediary only. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, cleanliness, or availability of properties or experiences. Properties are independently operated and Apulia.Travel does not control their standards.

6.3 Limitation of Damages: In no event shall Apulia.Travel, its officers, employees, or agents be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

6.4 Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Apulia.Travel shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific booking in question.

7.1 Ownership: All content on Apulia.Travel, including text, images, logos, graphics, and software, is the property of Apulia.Travel or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

7.2 Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and download content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or transmit content without permission.

7.3 Unauthorized Use: Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of Apulia.Travel content is prohibited and constitutes copyright infringement.

8.1 Informal Resolution: Before initiating any legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at maxapulia@gmail.com. We will attempt to resolve your claim within 30 days.

8.2 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict of law principles.

8.3 Jurisdiction: You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lecce, Italy for the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms.

8.4 Arbitration: Alternatively, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with Italian arbitration procedures.

9.1 Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, you retain no access rights to your account or data, though we may retain data as required by law.

9.2 Termination by Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in illegal activity, or threaten the security or integrity of Apulia.Travel.

9.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use Apulia.Travel ceases immediately. Sections regarding liability, intellectual property, and dispute resolution survive termination.
